Great team: Betty Jo has a warm, professional and caring demeanor. Stan and Jim make the Darling's Shuttle a friendly, pleasant ride. I trust this service department: they've never given me a reason to doubt the repair needs of my vehicle. A service department can make or break a dealership: good service is what cultivates and sustains return customers. Keep doing what you're doing: your competitors could learn a few things from you.

Every time I have an appointment for service I am treated so very well. The entire team makes me feel as though they respect my time and they always go out of the way to accommodate my schedule. Because of the way I am treated at Darlings, I would not think to go elsewhere for either a new car or continued servicing on this one. It's one of the few businesses (like LL Bean) that seems to value the customer and I really appreciate that!
